To process a return, the candle must meet the following requirements:
- It must be unused, unlit, and in perfect condition.
- It must include its original packaging and any accessories.
- We do not accept returns of candles that have been lit, melted, altered, or personalized.

If you receive a damaged or defective candle:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos or videos of the product and packaging will be required.
- We can offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the case.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
- We are not responsible for lost return packages; we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

- Candles that have been used, lit, or damaged after delivery.
